Hmm...where to go from here? I think the next one I've got handy is of Miss Moose. A friend had her in for training and we decided she was too cute for words so we needed to take her picture while she was this small. I think she was 8 weeks or so... So we were at the Horse Park by the lake, my friend had her older puppy and he was playing in the water. Before we knew it Miss Moose was taking a dip too! My friend was screaming, "take the picture, take the picture! MOOSE!". Thankfully she didn't go out too far and came back in looking at us like, "what's the problem?" Now she's not even a year old and probably weighs close to 80 pounds and isn't quite as cute. But either way I've got this and a few others to remember her by!

Favorite Pictures
So I've decided I'm going to post some of my favorite pictures that I've taken throughout the years. Some more fabulous than others but still tops in my book for one reason or another! This first one I took this summer during the USEF Pony Finals held here at the Kentucky Horse Park. Who can resist little girls in pig tails on SUPER cute ponies?!?!? Not me for sure. So this poor little girl had just fallen off in warm up but was tough enough to dust herself off, get back on and jump a few more jumps and go in the ring. Not sure where she ended up but reminds us that we must all get back on the horse! Good story...love the pink bows! I'm afraid the only reason I would have children in hopes that I'd have a little girl that I could dress up and ride cute hunter ponies. Sorry Mom! ;-) Without further ado, here is my "Bows".

Welcome!
Hello there! Welcome to my little slice of the world! I guess I should start by introducing myself. My name is Megan, I live in Central Kentucky on a small farm with my husband and a bit of a menagerie of animals. We have 4 dogs, 2 horses, a small herd of cattle, and 1 mischievous cat. I also have a dog-in-law, Julie, that lives with us on and off and can usually be found on my couch on the weekends while her "father" is working with the hubby in the shop.
I am an amateur photographer like LOVES to document my life, hence the blog, In Pictures. I am an avid Equestrienne and my husband is a farrier. His love, though, is for restoring old cars and trucks, not horses. He puts up with all of the antics that happen at our farm with a smile and a usual eye roll. My purpose of this blog is to spread a little joy and laughter with the shenanigans that go on at my farm and who knows, maybe enlighted a few horse, dog, and cat folks that they are not alone with the crazyness of animals.
Now, a few introductions of the key players:
